Sylvana may have nothing better to do than follow Dan to Ibiza, but I'm going to do something more beneficial.

Let Sylvana get in all the clubs for free. This year, I'm going to cycle across Cuba for charity. Could even be the start of a new career for me - as a fundraiser. I think it's a bit late in the day for me to become a world-famous cyclist. But I'm in intense training, so you never know.

Three weeks to go and the scheme is dominating my whole life. Even Stix has had to get into shape running alongside my bike.

I'm only sticking with the training to avoid a sore bottom on the adventure itself. Otherwise, I'd have given up weeks ago.
