Alastair Humphreys has cycled 70,000 km (46,000 miles) across five continents in the four years following his university graduation.

The trip cost around £6,000 and raised £13,000 for Hope and Homes for Children that helps orphaned and abandoned children.

He returned to London, UK, in November 2005.
