A team from the US is in training to participate in a 3,100 nautical mile rowing race from New York to Falmouth in the UK. The race begins on June 10th 2006.

The team of five men says it hopes to become the first American team of rowers to cross the North Atlantic Ocean, and the first American team to win a premier international ocean rowing race.
