Gaps for Grumpies, which organises 'life experiences' for people over 40 years of age, is running two- to five-week community development projects in Ghana, Tanzania, Peru, Kenya and Fiji.

The company offers a one- to three-week holiday following the project. Partners who just want to take the holiday can do so.
